What began as a humble 2-man team with one truck has now grown into a crew of 20 with a combined experience of over 20 years. At 138, we celebrate diversity & inclusivity in our staff. We are proud of our people & treat them as family members. Indeed, many of them return to their hometowns & become entrepreneurs themselves.

We named our company ‘138’ because in Chinese language it means ‘A Lifetime of Prosperity powered by Positivity’. This is the philosophy of our founders, Andy & Catherine – and it has been serving us well since this business was founded in 2000.
